Tapioca Flour is very, very light. Very Light.

This means that it *POOFS*

A LOT of POOF.

So my chicken scappolini tonight made a HUGE mess. But it tasted good with my roasted red pepper salad. So, add it to the list of our diet friendly recipes.

  3. >Mrs S- thanks!SLM- I saw that you read the previous post. The tough thing I've found isn't so much the GF, but the *grain* free. Many of the subs for gluten products contain soy, corn or potato and ArmyMan can't have any of that.
