>Crockpot Beef Stew

>{This is one of my favorite, clean out the kitchen recipes. I rarely buy stew meat. Instead I buy whatever roast is on sale and chop it myself. When I make beef stew, I use whatever vegetables I have. Feel free to use whatever you happen to have.}

1 yellow onion, chopped
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
3 celery stalks, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
1 package frozen green beans
1 sweet potato, chopped
2 lbs beef stew meat
1/2 cup flour (I used almond flour for a Paleo friendly recipe)
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
32 oz beef broth

  1. Combine all vegetables in slow cooker.
  2. Combine flour and stew meat a Ziploc freezer bag and shake until meat is well covered. Add meat to slow cooker.
  3. Add dry seasonings, Worchestershire and broth and mix.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 or more hours.
