>ArmyMan wants to focus more on grain-free than strictly Paleo. It’s a bit of a balancing act with him. I have to include some of his favorite dinners (like spaghetti) so he doesn’t feel like he is “dieting”. The whole concept of eating in a way that is good for you, rather than dieting for weight loss is still a bit challenging for him.
I don’t usually do a pot roast twice in one week, but it’s a Sunday favorite. Yesterday, we decided to grill since the weather was so nice so I’ve got a roast that needs using 🙂
Tuesday- Zuppa Toscana (I’ve been working on a healthy version of ArmyMan’s Olive Garden favorite)
Wednesday- Pork chops with bacon braised cabbage
Thursday- Grilled Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Lime Cilantro Sauce
Saturday- Roasted Veggie Soup (Butternut Squash and Parsnip) with grilled sirloin and salad
