With more of our favorite produce coming in season and being more available, we’re taking the opportunity to get back to our Paleo/Whole foods eating. ArmyMan is finally getting really invested and is more willing to try new foods. He’s been a very conservative eater and it’s been a long, slow process of switching to a different way of eating. We have added back potatoes and some dairy (mainly yogurt).
Monday- Chocolate Chili
Tuesday- Roasted Chicken with Mashed Root Veggies (daikon, potato and parsnip) and broccoli
Wednesday- Chicken Soup with Kale Chips
Friday-Steak, Sweet Potato Fries and Jicama slaw
Saturday- Hamburger Patties, Rice and green beans
Sunday- Pulled Pork Shoulder with beet salad
