In the Kitchen, Weekly Menu

>Weekly Menu 5/2

With more of our favorite produce coming in season and being more available, we’re taking the opportunity to get back to our Paleo/Whole foods eating. ArmyMan is finally getting really invested and is more willing to try new foods. He’s been a very conservative eater and it’s been a long, slow process of switching to a different way of eating.  If you’re a newer reader, you can read all about why we eat this way.
We have added back potatoes and some dairy (mainly yogurt).
Tuesday- Roasted Chicken with Mashed Root Veggies (daikon, potato and parsnip) and broccoli
Wednesday- Chicken Soup with Kale Chips
Thursday- leftovers
Friday-Steak, Sweet Potato Fries and Jicama slaw
Saturday- Hamburger Patties, Rice and green beans
Sunday- Pulled Pork Shoulder with beet salad

  2. >Hi! I'm Linds from your SITS group and I've loved checking out your blog. I always wish I could be organized enough to make a weekly menu plan, but I never get my act together. All of your meals sounds delicious and the chocolate chili especially so! Can't wait to work with you!
